The Micro-Credit and Health Project explores the influence of group-based micro-credit in Matlab, Bangladesh, on socioeconomic and gender inequities in health. This cohort study involves researchers from the Mailman School, BRAC, a nationwide NGO in Bangladesh focusing on women’s development and poverty alleviation, and the ICDDR, B Center for Health and Population Research.
