Have helped Ministry of Health to prepare uniform donor legislation for passage in parliament. (1) Creation of a modern facility within the Republican Eye Hospital in Yerevan, Armenia. (2) Training of an ophthalmologist/supervisor for the facility. (3) training of technicians to support the eye bank, process tissue, and distribute tissue.
